What we offer
Rentals
You have the plan, the team and all you need is the decor?Easy! All of our rentals can be picked up and dropped off at our Langley based wearhouse. The rental window is up to 5 days.
Or
You can hire us to drop off and pick up at your location of choice (cost is determined by location and number of items)
Package 1- The set up team
This is for the bride that has her decor all set but needs those extra hands to put it all together. When you have spend your precious engagement curating beautiful items and thinking through every detail of the day, you deserve to have a team who cares equally as much. When you hire our team, you can rest easy knowing the job will get done and done well. This package includes;
One in person or video meeting to create floor plan, decor list and other details
Our team for up to 4 hours of set up (available extra hours for additional cost)
Placing table decor, setting up lounge spaces and other various decor.
(does not include rentals, setting up tables and chairs, hanging lights or tare down unless agreed upon for an additional cost)
Starting at 500$
Package 2- The design team
You have all the big items checked off but need an expert hand in all the details? Well you have come to the right place! We get it, although creating Pinterest boards is fun, putting all those ideas into a real plan requires a lot of hard work! Our heart is to come alongside you, understand your dream wedding vision and make it into a reality.
This package includes;
Three in person or video meetings with our design team to discuss colour scheme, tablescapes, floor plan and overall wedding vision!
Our team for up to 4 hours to set up ( available extra hours for additional cost)
Delivery of our rentals (Collection and delivery of personal decor items if agreed upon)
Place all Adorn rentals and personal decor items around venue- backdrops, centrepieces, candles, name cards, signage ect.
Starting at $800
(Does not include rentals, set up of tables and chairs, hanging lights or tear down unless agreed upon for an additional cost)
Package 3- The coordinator
This is for the bride that has it all planned but needs the day of person to make sure things run smoothly. When it comes to overseeing set up, taking over contact with vendors, queuing timed items, running rehearsal, making sure all the small elements of your day get done and fighting for the desires of the bride and groom, don’t leave it up to your mom or a friend. Let your loved ones enjoy celebrating you and leave it up to us to make sure the day is perfect.
This package include;
Three in person or video meetings to create wedding day timeline, floor plan, detailed decor set up list, and talk over any other specific wedding details
Take over communication with Vendors 2 weeks prior to wedding day
Coordinate rehearsal
Greet and direct vendors on wedding day
Oversee set up and take down of wedding
Ensure specific details are seen to
Manage flow of wedding day and that the event smoothly transitions from one stage to the next.

Package 4- The Proposal
First off, congratulations on making one of the most important decisions! We here at Adorn Events LOVE love. You know who you want to marry, but might not know exactly how you want to ask? We are here to help, this package includes;
One in person or video meetings to discuss vision, vibe and any other details
Set up and take down of the proposal
Plan any other specific details.
Starting at 200$
(does not include rentals)
How to book with us!
Step 1.
You’ve seen our work and love what we do! Send us an inquiry email, letting us know which package your interested in (or if there is something customizable we ca do for you) and we will respond to you within 1-5 business days.
Step 2.
We send you a hello email and set up a complimentary video consultation! We will talk over our packages and see what best suits your specific needs. This is where you can ask as many questions as you’d like and we see if we would be a good fit for your special day!
Step 3.
When you’ve decided to hire us, we will email you an invoice and contract. Once you have paid a 25% deposit and sign your contract your date is officially booked!
Step 4.
When you have fully booked with us, we will send you a welcome email and with much excitement plan to set up a meeting according to your package!
RENTALS
Please note that our rentals do not require a video consultation. Simply send us an email with a list of the items you would like to rent and the date. We will reply within 1-5 business days to confirm the items availability and once you have sent a 50% deposit, your rentals will be booked!
